Above and beyond service

We were traveling from wash, state with a brand new cougar rds27 5th wheel and the main slide out quit working half way through our trip. At 1 stop we got a smell that was like hot brakes when we got to a camp ground in Bakersfield I called a mobile tech and he thought it could be a bad motor. So I contacted several rv dealers in Yuma and they were to busy so I contacted country club rv and was connected to Marry and right away she got my rv in and the very same day their techs found the problem it was burnt wires going to the slide out. Marry was so awsome to help us out and get us going again. Along time ago I gave up on customer service But with these guys they went way above customer service. Excellent Customer Service

Country Club RV in Yuma came to my rescue when I had a bad experience trying to get warranty work done on my Norcold Refridge. They got ahold of them made arrangements to get the cooling unit shipped and installed. They also replaced a warranty water pump that they hadn’t gotten clearance from Northwood to replace and said they would get it.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2006 Rockwood Premier from Country Club Motors & RV. Byron, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations based on our price range and what we intended to use our unit for. His suggestions were right on, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the unit we selected that definitely meets our needs…and well within our desired price range. Being first time RV owners, we were a little intimidated by all the switches and hook ups. Jordan, who did our walk through, was very thorough in showing us how to use everything and what each “hook up” and “switch” was for. Our maiden voyage went very smooth due to that… Jordan prepared us well. AND, our trip was much more comfortable and affordable taking a home on wheels vs. a hotel. The used fifth wheel I purchased was gone through completely and when I took delivery it was pristine. They even offered to deliver to the lake for me, which I gladly accepted.
